When to Visit Amboseli National Park
Amboseli is famous for its large elephant herds set against the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. The dry months from June to October deliver the clearest Kilimanjaro views and the best game viewing as animals cluster around the permanent swamps. The wet months bring lush greenery and migratory birds but clouds often obscure the mountain.

🎯 Our Recommendation
July and August are the premier months. Clear skies reveal Kilimanjaro in full glory at dawn, elephant families gather around the swamps, and predators patrol the dry grasslands. Early morning is best for mountain views before clouds build.
