When to Visit Costa Rica
Costa Rica's wildlife is accessible year-round thanks to its diverse microclimates, but the dry season from December to April is generally the easiest time to travel. The green season (May-November) brings afternoon rain showers, lush forests, and fewer tourists. Different coasts have different rain patterns, so timing matters for specific regions.
