The best time to visit the Galapagos is year-round, though December to May is warmer with calmer seas. June to November brings cooler water, more marine life, and whale sharks near Wolf and Darwin islands.

The warm season from December to May has temperatures of 25 to 30 degrees Celsius. The cool season from June to November is 18 to 25 degrees with garua mist.

September to November offers lower prices and fewer tourists. Travelling during shoulder or low seasons can save you 20 to 40% on accommodation and tours while still providing excellent wildlife viewing.
