When to Visit Great Barrier Reef
The Great Barrier Reef offers year-round experiences, but the dry season from June to October provides the best underwater visibility, calm seas, and comfortable temperatures. The wet season from November to May brings warmer waters ideal for coral spawning and turtle nesting but also jellyfish, cyclone risk, and reduced visibility.
